“I love a well-written book, and I have seen some beautiful books, but never anything as spectacular as Andrew Sykes’ WOOOOOOOOF. I honestly had to wonder if my coffee table was nice enough to showcase this work of art disguised as a book. This is Andrew’s first effort to showcase his amazing poetry, and he has paired it with mind blowing art by Ernesto Raul Aguilar. I had the pleasure to meet Andrew when he taught a few of my graduate classes at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. I will never forget when he ended a class with an early poem about his childhood in South Africa holding everyone spellbound, and more than a few of us in tears. I am not well-versed in poetry, but Andrew has a style that is totally unique, and a way to capture a feeling and tell a story that is transformational. Ernesto’s art adds an entirely different element to the experience that elevates it even further. The contents as stated are incredible, but the quality of the book, the paper, the cover, and packaging show an impressive attention to detail that make this an impressive gift as well. I cannot recommend this book enough. Andrew is both a scholar, a thought leader, and and artist with a global perspective. I am sure this collection will both make you think and have all the ‘feels’.”
